Jane Cohen Siegel is a partner in Gleich, Siegel & Farkas and has been
    with the firm and its predecessors since 1985.  Ms. Siegel is also the Vice-
    President and is of counsel to, Mid-Atlantic Abstract Corp., a title
    abstract company.  The concentration of her practice is complex real
    estate transactions and related title issues.  She is a skilled negotiator
    and draftsperson for the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial and
    residential properties.

    In addition, Ms. Siegel has represented developers in new offerings and
    conversions of condominium and cooperative projects and of late has
    handled numerous Section 1031 like kind exchange transactions; and
    Tenant in Common Interest Agreements (TIC’s).  In connection with
    her clients’ development projects Ms. Siegel has advised on the
    structuring of ownership entities including forming Corporations,
    Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships and has negotiated and
    drafted all contractual documents relating thereto.
